Okay, I refuse to join in with the general whining and bitching about the English dub of Hetalia. I watched the first few episodes and
[link]SO FANTASTIC. I never even liked the anime until now lmao. All those accents! Especially Austria's and Japan's ffff laughing forever. Gotta hand it to Italy's VA, too -- I wouldn't have thought anyone could match Namikawa Daisuke's annoyingly endearing portrayal but he did just perfectly.
sighhhh why is everyone complaining about England having an awful British accent? Seriously

Yes, I did make Hungary's dress. C: I actually didn't have a pattern, so I just based it off of the Belarus dress I bought. That's the first step -- find a pattern or a dress that is something like what you want. It doesn't have to be exact, you can adjust things as you go along. Hetalia has really vague references for most of the costumes, so you have a lot of free rein to make the costume your own.
Urrrm, I hope that helps a little bit? ;3; I'm no expert by any means, but if you've got questions, ask away~ I'm good at rambling on about things I don't actually know much about rofl. XDD
